If you break these Terms, or if any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you agree to be responsible for all costs and expenses that etautz.com or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). All orders are subject to product availability. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information. We will endeavour to keep prices as up to date as possible, but we reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time, without giving notice.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and etautz.com until dispatch your order to you. Until this time we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order at our discretion. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon receipt of your order, detailing the products ordered, delivery and billing addresses and contact telephone numbers. It is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible if any of the details are incorrect.
During any & all sales periods, a full list of currently stocked & discounted styles can be found below, listed within the Terms & Conditions, Sales section. However, only colour varieties (within brackets, separated using forward slashes) of the products listed and all sizes wherein will be present in the sale and subject to the stated discount.

In this modern age however we are happy to accept the following credit and debit cards: Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard
Is my payment secure?
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The delivery timeframes as stated in our delivery page are approximate. Products will only be sent to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.
All deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is at home to receive the delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver the goods, they will provide details of how to arrange an alternate delivery or collection date.
If we are delivering to an address outside the European Union you may be liable to pay import duties, and/or additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs office with necessary information, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees, your package will be returned to Norton & Sons. A refund will be credited within 30 days, minus any additional delivery charges incurred for returning the product back to Norton & Sons.
Under normal circumstances we will only deliver products to addresses in the following countries:

- Rest of the world: Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, Israel, Iceland, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, South Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States, US Virgin Islands.
We will not honour any orders from countries other than those listed above unless specifically agreed.
After submitted an order and receiving email confirmation of its receipt, you can still cancel your order providing you have not received an email notifying you it has been dispatched. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject line.
Be sure all relevant details in the cancellation email, including:
- Your name.
- Products ordered.
- Your order number.
- Your address and contact telephone number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our servants, agents or employees.
However, we will not be liable for any loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business or any anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We also have no liability of any sort (including for negligence) for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.
We have done our very best to accurately represent all products on our website. However, due to factors such as varying internet browsers and monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
In the unlikely event that you receive products which are not what you ordered, damaged, defective or of a different quality to those stated on the order form, we shall made good any outstanding delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective products, or refund you the amount paid for the products in question. This is provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery of the goods, plus return the goods to us (unless we inform you that return is not necessary). This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
