Payment unsuccessful
If the receipt appeared on the screen and you have received a confirmation email then everything has been processed as expected. You may see this page when refreshing the receipt page.
Otherwise, your payment may have been unsuccessful. If you have not received a purchase confirmation by email within the last 5 minutes then your payment was likely not processed. Check your internet connection and try again. There are various reasons why the payment might be unsuccessful. It could be due to insufficient funds on the credit or debit card used, the card details being incorrect and/or do not match your address.
